When two people come home for the holidays and find each other again, is it too late for a second chance at love?

Danielle Thorne in a review in The Privateer Newsletter said:

"When a book stays with you, you know your heart and mind
have been touched. Linda Swift's The Twelve Days of Christmas was one of my favorite editions from this author that I have read and it deserves recommmendation. Ms. Swift's writing is elegant. Her sense of place and settings is relaxing. The dynamics in all the relationships in Twelve Days are wonderfully done. Although there is a holiday theme, Twelve Days is so relationship focused, I think it's enjoyable for any time of year."

Desiree Rogers of Romance Alley said:

"Russell is swoon worthy, even when the past mistakes are revealed."  And of the supporting characters she added:
"The children are not cut-outs as in so many other stories. And the true delight is
Me-Me and her fiesty personality. I fell in love with her character."

HUMANLY SPEAKING

Poetry Volume

Willow Moon Publishing

The Holy Scriptures are filled with beautiful stories of strong characters who are role models for all of us. But what about the
weaker characters in these ancient books? Those who were least favored, those with obvious flaws. Let's take a closer look
at some of them—Esau, Tamar, Jonah, Rahab— and try to understand their actions. Perhaps there are lessons to be
learned from their mistakes. You may see some of the Bible's imperfect people from a different point of view. Have you ever
wondered why Cain's offering was rejected? Or if Jezebel was as wicked as she first appeared? How do you feel about
Job's suffering? Do you agree that  Martha's role was less important than Mary's? Join the author in these conversations with God if humanly speaking, you have a need to know.

Celia A. Yeary, in a review at Goodreads says:

"Linda Swift's newest release, SINGLE STATUS, is the perfect love story. Ms. Swift, an accomplished author, has given us a story with 'real life' characters, deep emotions, and plenty of tension. The heroine works in a man's world, and every step she makes is scrutinized. The hero works beside her, learning all about her insecurities masked with bravado, and she discovers his hidden, tragic past. Together, they work as a team, not only to solve the source of a mysterious explosion, but to solve their personal conflict. Don't miss this wonderful novel."

Camellia of Long and Short Reviews said:

Linda Swift weaves a story so true to life one almost feels Circle of Love is  a collection of journals kept over the years. This is a gentle love story that encompasses the enduring love of Joanne and Pete, but also shows the precious love of family from tiny baby to grandmother with Alzheimer’s disease who for years made afghans and gave them away as an act of love.
The secondary characters, skillfully woven into the story, accentuate the love that truly does come full circle. The ways things turn out seem SO RIGHT for each of the characters.

Diana Coyle said:

"Ms. Swift penned a sweet, endearing storyline within these pages.  I couldn't help but fall in love with Joanna and Pete equally and I had hoped that they could work out the questions of the past and be able to build a future together. The author took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions and she made me feel as if I was another character in her story. It was definitely an enjoyable read for me and I look forward to reading more from this author in the future."

WDRF Reviewer Vasiliki said:

"The biggest joy in this story is in the characters. They are rich and well rounded and I think it is easy for any reader to identify with them.
The author creates a good balance between making this realistic, while keeping it believable and making it possible for the reader to get lost in the story.
I would definitely recommend this story if you want a heart-warming read that you can get your teeth into with natural, 3-D characters, good dialogue, and a solid, feel-good factor."
